What else can you do around Coventry?
Known for the legend of Lady Godiva and its contribution to the motoring industry, Coventry is a hub of cultural and historical activity. Its famous Cathedral, built from the ruins of the medieval Coventry Cathedral destroyed by German air raids in 1940, was voted Britain’s favorite 20th century building. With breathtaking architecture and a world-famous collection of art, it is a must-see for any visitor to the town. Plan a trip to the birthplace of the most famous playwright, William Shakespeare – Stratford Upon Avon is steeped in culture and history, set in the beautiful rural Warwickshire countryside, on the banks of the river Avon, just 40 minutes away from the hotel. For further enquiries, taxi-bookings or guided tours, the 24-hour reception staff will be happy to help.
